Return & Exchange Policy

At Trustworthy Marine Parts, we’re dedicated to fueling your boating adventures and projects. While we aim for your complete satisfaction, we recognize that returns or exchanges may be needed from time to time.

Please review our return policy below:

General Return Policy:

• Returns & Exchanges are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• Products must be returned within 30 days in new condition and in their original packaging.
• Refunds to the original form of payment require proof of purchase.
• Electronics and/or Electrical parts are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Electronics.
• Customized products.
• Registered items.
• Sale items.

Is your product eligible for return?

• The product must show no signs of wear, installation attempts, or damage.
• Must be in its original packaging, with the packaging remaining intact for eligibility.
• The item must be complete with all tags and manuals.

Propellers Return Policy:

• Propellers can be returned within 30 days of shipment if they are new, unused, and have not been installed, all while in the original packaging.
• Propellers with signs of installation, grease residue, water spots, or any wear will not be accepted for return. If such a propeller is returned, we will notify you and request a shipping label to return the product to you.

Electronics Return Policy:

Please note, electronics are not eligible for return under any circumstances.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
